We structure our fees to reflect the nature and specific circumstances of your matter. For wrongful dismissal claims, we typically offer a contingency-based arrangement, where our fees are tied directly to the result.
Our contingency fee will never exceed 25% of the improvement to your initial severance offer, plus HST and disbursements.
For certain matters, we may offer alternative fee structures, including hourly billing and fixed fees for defined stages of a file.
We work with you to determine the approach that is most appropriate in your circumstances. Our objective is to bring your matter to a timely and effective resolution.
